Services

Neuropsychological Evaluation

Comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations provide in-depth assessment of cognition, emotion, and behavior to clarify diagnosis, guide treatment, and support educational, occupational, or legal needs.

Evaluations integrate standardized testing, clinical interview, and medical record review, with an emphasis on nuanced interpretation, differential diagnosis, and clear, actionable recommendations.

Individual Psychotherapy

Individual psychotherapy is tailored to address complex emotional, cognitive, and interpersonal difficulties using an evidence-based, biopsychosocial-informed approach. Treatment integrates insight-oriented work with skills-based strategies to enhance emotional regulation, cognitive flexibility, resilience, and meaningful behavioral change, particularly for individuals with neurological and medical conditions.

Cognitive Rehabilitation

Cognitive rehabilitation focuses on improving daily functioning in individuals experiencing cognitive changes due to neurological, medical, or psychological conditions.

Treatment emphasizes personalized strategies to strengthen attention, memory, executive functioning, and emotional regulation, while teaching compensatory techniques that promote independence, confidence, and sustainable real-world improvement.

Executive Function Coaching

Executive function coaching supports individuals who struggle with organization, planning, task initiation, time management, and cognitive flexibility. Coaching is structured, goal-oriented, and practical, combining cognitive-behavioral strategies with real-world systems to improve efficiency, reduce overwhelm, and enhance performance in academic, professional, and daily life settings.
